PMS Solution
Through a fully inclusive approach inside the Client and working with external parties as partners not just suppliers, projects were properly scoped out and planned prior to contract signature. The ‘fixed price – prime contractor’ principle was introduced and used to great effect on several projects. Working on behalf of the Client, PMS was able to make direct cost savings in excess of €105m over three years. The quality of the delivered projects to the Client was dramatically improved as the full scope, deliverables, delivery dates and acceptance criteria were defined and agreed by all parties prior to any contract signature. Working in the spirit of partnership with the clients external suppliers, additional benefits for the client in terms of proactive approaches from partners were also enabled.
