| Initially
a basic Issue and Risk Management methodology were defined, to
enable the understanding of non-project trained team members.
Various workshops were then held to identify the Issues and
Risks at that time and to ensure all members knew the process to
follow thereafter. A regular reporting process was defined to
both management and the project team members (over 200 full-time
members). Project planners were allocated per project within the
Program and a common planning standard defined. A consolidated
project plan was set-up and run. |
