Using
the clients own Project Management methodology, a central
Program Office was set up. Here the actions across 32 countries
were co-ordinated, with individual plans being drafted. A
full Business Process Re-engineering project was established, as was
a proper Steering Group with regular reporting actions.
Communications across the whole Program were set-up, including
regular regional workshops with senior local management and
project team members to brief on status, next steps, issue and
risk identification etc.
