Chris about the PMS Logo
"The Swiss watch has for centuries been the epitomy of delicate and finely crafted engineering, denoting precision, style and perseverance.  The mechanism is made up of many small cogs, each suited to their individual task and vital in itself.  A good Program Manager in a complex organisation can been seen in the same way.  They are there to achieve a result and to make things work together and smoothly.  By itself, it has no benefit but as part of the overall machinery it is an essential role in smooth operations .  Hence cogs from a Swiss time mechanism are the mechanical representation of the PMS approach."
